The Youth Expo 2024 was a week-long event that empowered the youth in Gauteng through a series of exhibitions, discussions, and activities. It was hosted at the Jabulani Multi-purpose Center from the 17th to the 21st of June 2024, the expo Brought together private companies, non-profit organizations, and government departments to showcased opportunities and resources available to young people.
The Youth Expo 2024 had a good attendance rate with over 500 young people attending the event. It had speakers from various organisations like Google, NYDA, Amani Good Parenting, Minds, Nedbank and CoJEMS. Over the 5 day expo, young people got to engage with training programs from Internet South Africa, NYDA and RLabs.
